Through her companies, TailorMade Trainers and Sylte International, Kelly delivers corporate training, keynotes, and high-performance coaching in leadership, sales, marketing, customer service, and communication.

For more than 15 years, she has worked alongside John C. Maxwell as a Program Advisor and Leadership Specialist, training clients in over 100 countries and helping generate more than $20 million in revenue. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of California State University, Fresno, Kelly is also a Certified DISC Consultant, NLP Practitioner, and licensed Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.
